Ross and his team were key players in the restoration of my 1989 MCW Metrobus. Thanks to his attention to detail and knowledge of the key contacts within the bus industry. Ross helped source a wide variety of new exterior fibreglass panels, brand new Goodyear tyres, external vinyl's, interior moquette and even arranged and managed the complete re-paint of the bus with his commercial vehicle painter on my behalf. Following repaint, Ross also organised for all the interior seat legs and frames to be re-powder coated making the bus look as good as the day it rolled off the production line. Without the help and dedication from the RGI Bus team, the bus wouldn't look as good as it does.

We contacted Ross and he assembled his team in record time! He knew that we had made a mistake with not getting some of our older fleet vehicles through the DDA process and the deadline was rapidly approaching.
He handled the whole process for us, he even advised us on other work that needed to be completed and we were happy to instruct him on that work also.
We needed the vehicles 'on the road' during week days and the only option was for the work to be completed on the weekend. His team even completed the work on-site at our depot. The work was completed to a high standard and we have also just upgraded our fleet with various buses purchased from RGI recently.

We bought a Volvo Gemini from Ross and we are really happy with the deal. Ross and his team fully refurbished the vehicle with a new front to make it look a lot more modern. The interior refurbishment was just perfect. The attention to detail, could not be faulted. Value for money, and Ross and his team went the extra mile with everything.

A 2002 motor coming out as a 2010 looking vehicle can not be faulted. Customer service at its best.
